Clean Energy Substitution

Promoting Green Electricity: As a national SRDI "little giant" enterprise, JSI has deeply embedded sustainable development into its corporate DNA. We actively support the national "dual carbon" strategy and spearhead energy transformation through technological innovation.

In our factory construction, we strategically integrate photovoltaic projects on building rooftops and public spaces throughout the park. By installing high-efficiency solar photovoltaic panels, we convert solar energy into electricity, which powers various factory areas and significantly reduces our reliance on traditional fossil fuels. Additionally, we have implemented an intelligent energy management system to monitor and optimize the production, storage, and distribution of photovoltaic power in real-time, ensuring efficient energy utilization.

Clean Energy Transformation

JSI is committed to advancing the clean fuel substitution initiative by vigorously promoting the "oil to electricity" and "coal to electricity" strategies. We actively replace existing diesel vehicles with electric trucks, pure electric dump trucks, and new energy heavy trucks, significantly reducing pollutants such as nitrogen oxides and particulate matter. This transition not only enhances air quality in and around our factory but also decreases our dependence on traditional fuels, leading to lower energy costs.

Furthermore, we collaborate closely with upstream and downstream enterprises to develop a green supply chain, fostering coordinated progress across the industry in clean fuel substitution. Our goal is to contribute meaningfully to achieving low-carbon and sustainable industrial development.

Innovative Low-Carbon Technology Applications

JSI is also focused on optimizing our production processes and introducing advanced equipment to upgrade and replace outdated machinery. Through technological innovation, we enhance production efficiency and effectively reduce carbon emissions per unit of product. To further promote energy conservation and emissions reduction, we have established a robust energy management system that allows us to monitor energy use in real-time and adjust production strategies accordingly.

In addition, we prioritize employee training and awareness around energy conservation and emissions reduction. By encouraging staff to propose energy-saving ideas and actively participate in our green initiatives, we foster a collaborative environment that drives the company’s commitment to sustainable development.

Public Cares

JSI is dedicated to the principle of corporate responsibility, actively embracing our duty to society. We have established a comprehensive and multidimensional responsibility framework that focuses on three key areas: disaster relief, educational support, and employee care. Through these initiatives, we demonstrate our mission and commitment as a responsible enterprise in the modern era.
Disaster Relief Efforts. In the field of disaster relief, JSI has created a robust emergency response mechanism that follows a full-process management loop of "planning, execution, and feedback." This structure ensures a rapid response in the event of major disasters, allowing us to activate assistance plans within 24 hours. Following the Wenchuan and Yushu earthquakes, we promptly donated cash and supplies to support affected communities. During the COVID-19 pandemic, our company actively contributed medical supplies to frontline efforts both domestically and internationally, playing our part in the global response to the crisis.

Educational Support Initiatives. In terms of educational support, our chairman, Mr. Han Yang, has led by example, making multiple donations to educational funds. Our management team also actively engages in public welfare education, providing long-term funding to several Hope Primary Schools in Guizhou, benefiting over 50 students.We also maintain close cooperation with many universities in Guizhou, actively exploring innovative models of university-industry collaboration and talent development mechanisms. In 2022,  Mr. Han Yang, the Chairman of JSI,  donated to Guizhou University and established the “Zhiyu” Scholarship, further deepening the practice of industry-university collaboration in education. In the future, we will continue to provide internship opportunities and jobs for graduates, supporting young talents with their career development and growth, and exploring better prospects.

Employee Care Programs. JSI prioritizes employee welfare by fostering a people-oriented environment through a mutual aid fund that supports various life scenarios, including major illness relief, educational subsidies for children, and assistance for aging parents. We are deeply committed to the professional development of our employees, having established a comprehensive training system that combines skill development, educational advancement, and career planning.
